Malaga The prosecution has requested a penalty of five years in prison for the owner to issue a nightclub noise disturbing the residents from the premises. They put up 14 complaints between 2000 and 2006, but still not taken any steps to soundproof the premises, which also had an unfavorable report prepared by the technicians of the Industrial Activities of the Provincial Council of Malaga because of volume delivered.
